What is a FreshBox?
Freshbox is a nutritionally balanced assortment of seasonal, healthy, hand picked, high quality, organic and safe vegetables. Every week our team picks a fresh assortment of 20+ vegetables in proportions just right for you to prepare a diverse range of recipes as per your preferred cuisines. We change our combinations every week to maintain freshness, variety and vibrancy in your kitchen.
Can i choose my vegetables in a FreshBox?
We send a preview of the basket to all our subscribers every week. Subscribers can choose and swap items on the basket as per their preference.
Which vegetables are a part of the FreshBox?
All common and locally available vegetables are a part of FreshBox and will feature in it over the many weeks. You can choose to include any of these vegetables to your weekly basket or your mid week refill. However, fruits, country eggs, exotic vegetables such as brocolli, zuccini etc. and premium salad greens can be ordered as add-ons. These add-ons are available at discounted rates only to our subscribers. Please browse through the add-ons and mid week refill sections of the website to explore our range of products.
Where are the fruits and vegetables sourced from?
We primarily source our fruits and vegetables from farmer producer organizations (FPOs) across the country mentored by Sahaja Aharam. Farmers from these FPOs grow organic fruits and vegetables certified under PGS India (https://pgsindia-ncof.gov.in/). Other add-ons are sourced from responsible suppliers such as Simply Fresh, Yellow and Greens etc. after thorough due diligence on their processes and quality.
When and how often do I get my FreshBox?
We deliver fresh items every Wednesday and Saturday. You can choose one of these days as your preferred day of regular delivery on which you will receive your weekly FreshBox. We generally deliver early in the morning but during lockdown due to time restrictions, we deliver by the afternoon. The mid week refill is delivered on the alternate day of the week (if your delivery is on Saturday, mid week refill is on Wednesday and vice versa). Add-ons are delivered on either of the days along with the mid week refill and regular deliveries.
What is a mid week refill?
We top up your basket with your choice of vegetables upto a limit of 2 kgs for FreshBox mini and upto 3 kgs for FreshBox subscribers. Generally customers order fresh greens, condiments such as lemons, coriander etc or any other veggies that they have run out of from their regular delivery.
Which areas do you serve currently?
We deliver across various areas in the city of Hyderabad, India. Areas served as of now include: Tellapur, Kokapet, Kukatpally, Banjara Hills, Jubilee Hills, Manikonda, Attapur and Rajendranagar
How do I get started?
Please buy a subscription according to your family size. You will have to register with us during the process, where we will take your culinary and delivery preferences. Thereafter, you will be able to preview your weekly box, make changes to it based on your preference, order your complimentary mid week refill and order discounted add-ons such as fruits, exotic veggies, salad greens and choose from our select range of recipe packs. You can also choose to order a one time trial box for a week to experience our service.
What if I am not available to take the FreshBox? Does it get counted on my subscription?
You can pause your subscription anytime, Just drop a text on our Whatsapp number at +91-7396593525. You can resume the subscription as you like and the period of the pause will not be counted against your subscription.
