Shipping policy

We deliver products on the day selected for delivery by the customer. Orders can be edited till 10 pm on the site and mobile app. Thereafter, order can be placed for the next available delivery day. Our team will deliver your order at the address provided and notification thereof will be delivered to you on your phone. The delivery personnel will ring the doorbell and in case of no response after a reasonable period of time, our team will attempt to contact you over the phone to confirm the delivery. In case, there is no response over the phone as well, our policy is to leave the box outside the door and inform the security of the premises. Any loss thereafter is not considered as our liability and falls under the purview of the security of the premises of the address provided.
